Privacy Policy

RK Studio · Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how RK Studio ("we") handles personal information on rkstudiogames.com and in our press and creator communications.

1. Information we collect

• Email correspondence. When you email us or we contact you, we keep your name, email address, the messages exchanged, and the publicly listed business contact details we used to reach you (for example, a contact page or a channel's "About" section).
• Website. This website does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to send information about our games to press and content creators, to reply to messages, to provide review keys you request, and to honour requests not to be contacted again. We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Google user data (internal email tool)

RK Studio uses a private internal tool, "RK Outreach", that connects to our own Gmail account through Google APIs to create drafts, send approved messages, and read replies to our outreach. The tool accesses only RK Studio's own mailbox, is used only by RK Studio, and is not offered to other users. Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely for managing our own press correspondence, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. RK Outreach's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Service providers

We use Google (Gmail) and Zoho (email for rkstudiogames.com) to send and receive email, and Notion to keep our contact records. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence records for as long as they are needed for our communications. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we don't contact you again.

6. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete your information, by replying to any of our emails or writing to contact@rkstudiogames.com.
